Rounding the corner

Now that we are heading toward the big day of Nov 4th. Have you mail in your ballot?  Another reason to get it in the mail is once the system sees that a ballot is received, the night-time phone calls should stop.  We will see since mine are in.  Now what each of us can do, the calling game.  I know that each of you have 10 neighbors, family or friends call them and ask if they have voted.  Ask them if they have mailed or drop off their ballots.  Tell them that each ballot does count.  To make your ballot a great one, and one that will change out state and nation vote for 100% republicans.  Here are my suggestions:

State Questions and Issues:

YES on Amendment 67; the definition of life , protection of the unborn

NO  on  Amendment 68; legal horse racing and limited gaming

YES  on Prop 104; requiring open meetings between school board and employee representatives dealing with collective bargaining

NO on Prop 105; to requiring special labeling for genetically produced produce

County Questions and Issues:

NO  on 1A using excess tax for selected parks and other open spaces

NO  on 1C limiting the County Sheriff to two, four-year terms

Ellicott School District 22

NO on 3C increasing property taxes by 3.0 Mills or $75,000 per year for five years, over the current rate

You should also get a nightly call asking if you have voted and mailed in your ballot, that is what turns off the calls.

Isn’t this exciting? I will be knocking on doors tomorrow so I may be at your door.
