Mucking, by Muckers

To the Insider, thanks for the info!  The Earwax, which I will now address as “Mrs Muck”, lies.

–As a member of the SOS and only a member, I don’t feel a need to define or defend, what the organization has or is going.  The SOS group has suggested and continues to suggest a number of things that other citizens have asked for or suggested.  We have three separate efforts on going: (1) to provide the best education to the children of the District, (2) to replace the President, (3) to build a community team.

–The Chef, is POed,  concerning individuals that write stuff that are lies and then chickens-out and not sign their Muck.  Folks you can’t and should not believe anything from a person that want standup for what they believe or writes.  Come on, all this, “I’m scared”, “their scared”, is Bull Muck.  Just spend the time looking at the individuals (blogs) that lies about folks.  Take the time to look at what you are reading.  Also a Blogger that bans or doesn’t allow the other side to voice a counter to the garbage they write again are hiding behind the internet.

–Citizens, you, should demand that individuals be held accountable for what they say or do.  If you have the guts to say it, print your name, take responsibility.

–Folks stop labeling a “Recall” effort as a negative event, it is a legal process.  The Muckers did it before and now they are screaming, it is wrong.  We will be successful.

–Lets’ square my comments concerning the, Harrison District and Mr Miles, I have never said I supported the way Mr Miles ran the District, I used him as an example, this is how Mrs Muck lies.  I used the “Miles approach” as an example of how one District was being run to improve its’ standards.

–Concerning teachers or anyone else, fire them if they aren’t doing their job, there are many waiting to work.  Again; if an individual can’t or want do their job, FIRE them.  I’m an accountability and team person.  If they deserve firing, do so,  School Board should disapprove poor employee’s resignations.

–The Nov 2013 election, there will be a number of outstanding citizens running for the recalled and open positions.  There may be firemen. teachers, ranchers, chefs and good-o-persons.  You can count on the SOS supporting candidates that stand for our core values and beliefs.  Some are considering their next step; but there is plenty of time.  To announce now just gives the Muckers and Dishonest Blogger more time to LIE.

— Concerning the Treasurer making a mistake, I never said that the Treasurer made a mistake, AGAIN there was nothing done wrong; no mistake.  Mrs Muck and the Insider are again lying, as they have in every posting and letters to the editor.  WHAT I SAID ABOUT THE CHECKS WAS, SO-WHAT, if a citizen was truly interested all they had to do is ask, to my understanding I was the only one that took the time to ask, so I guess it wasn’t really important to the caring citizens.

— I repeat: the big issue is that the Board President and Superintendent allow muckers and liars to point “broken fingers” at THEIR/OUR employees and say or do nothing.  Mrs Mucker is so wrong about everything and it appears the Insider is just repeating the muck.

–Folks, we have individuals that seem to have no names, folks that seem to have inside info, muckers that hide behind blogging, muckers that hide in their houses and lie.

–There is nothing wrong with disagreeing, but what some are doing to others; is wrong.  Stand-up or shut-up.

    Why should the school board not approve the resignation of any employee who is incompatent or not able to do the job that they were hired to do? Or as you have stated above, “the school board should disapprove poor employee’s resignations”.

    JohnR again you are reading or stating something I did not say. If they deserve firing, do so, School Board should disapprove poor employee’s resignations.” What I said is, if a employee is incompetent or can’t/want do his or her job, that person needs to be fired. There are positive reasons for a person to resign and in that case the resignation should be approved, but to allow an individual just to move on is not the way. I call that moving a negative to another organization, Have a problem; solve it, don’t just pass it on.
    I must clearly say, of the individuals that have resigned (teachers) I know nothing of the reasons why they made their decisions. As far as I know they are outstanding individuals and teachers. But the Muckers seem to know or think they know more.

    Another comment, I will say, any Leader of an organization has the right to expect his or her employees to be team members, if you can’t support or become a team member, than you should “resign”. If a Mucker, is employed by the High School or the District and is WRITING or passing on stuff, Mrs VanEsselstein or Dr Cullen should fire you.

    JohnR, your comments concerning; who I believe is the HS Principal. The Principal is the boss, we hold them accountable for their organization; so if you can’t follow the rules you should move on. If someone else signs your pay check, follow their rules. That is why we call them organizations.

    I am curious, how do you propose that DrCullen and/or MrHudson address the “mucking”?

    DrCullen has expressed that he doesn’t want gossip and rumors aired on the online blogs. MrHudson hasn’t commented online, since early this year. If they comment on this recent rumor/gossip, doesn’t that just give undue credence to the “muck” as you put it?

    So, again, I ask how do suggest they respond when both seem to be avoiding the online “muck”?

    School Board Meetings, News Letter, Letter to the Editor. There are others that do read the Blogs so they should listen to them. I believe that it is both individual’s responsible to support their employees. If there is an employee that is being bullyed concerning their job it should be stopped. Maybe I need to bring up the slander at the public comment part of the School Board Meetings, requesting the comments/questions and responses/answers be placed on the school’s website. Mr Hudson, I’m sure knows of the comments. Dr Cullen has stated he wants the gossip to stop, how does he plans on stopping it. We all want it to stop, no most of us wants it to stop. But sometimes you have to set things straight. Prove the mucker is just that.

    I see your point. However, by responding to rumors/gossip it gives them undue credibility. It also sets a precedent for the future. If you respond to one rumor, you must respond to all. I think the administration’s lack of public response to rumors is the best way to go.

    Seriously, are we just to allow individuals like Mrs Muck and the Insider just lie about others. I have always believed that just allowing false statement go without responding lead other to think that it is true. If you continue to allow muck to pile up agound your house it will soon draw flies and smell.
    Question for you, should you correct the incorrect or allow some to be miss lead.

    If Dr Cullen never says anything, could that lead some to believe that he also believes that some of his employees aren’t doing their jobs. I was brought up to stand up for the good and fight the bad.

    On that same way of thinking, if DrCullen starts responding to rumors and doesn’t reply to all, won’t the rumors he doesn’t respond to be perceived as true?

    Honestly, there are so many rumors floating around, I don’t think it’s realistic to respond to all of them.

    In addition, from a legal point of view, employees personal files are confidential, so I think it may be a problem to start commenting on rumors regarding job performance. What happens if a “rumor” goes unaddressed and an employee feels slighted by the Administration? Is that oversight something that can be used to sue D-22 for unfair treatment?

    Unfortunately, this issue isn’t just about standing up for one person; it’s about maintaining discretion and protecting employees and D-22. As I have stated before, if there is proof that slander/libel have been committed, legal action should be taken. Until that proof exists, D-22 responding to faceless accusations only fuels the fire.

    As citizens, we should question these anonymous rumors and if we have concerns take them to D-22. Unfortunately, the other sites don’t post questions about their posts, so our only recourse is to go to D-22. Thanks Fayne for posting all views.

    That is a good point, I’ll start directing simple questions to the Board President and Superintendent at the board meetings, requesting the questions and answers be placed on the school web. Board policy states it is the way to have questions responded to.

    P.S the failure of some of the other bloggs to allow the other side to respond should lead people to question their purpose and truth.
